Privacy policy

Momentum Content Studio is a private tool built for the Momentum Health & Wellness. It is not a public product, and access is limited to people your workspace administrator has invited.

What we process

• Team member names and email addresses, used only to sign in and attribute activity.
• Media (photos, video, voice memos) and captions uploaded for draft and published social posts.
• Permission to publish to a connected Meta Facebook Page and Instagram account, and the resulting post IDs and permalinks once something is published.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or share this data with anyone outside this workspace and the Meta Graph API needed to publish an approved post.

Retention

Uploaded originals, captions and activity history are kept for as long as the workspace is active, so you can review your own history. An administrator can remove a member’s access, disconnect the Meta connection, or request deletion at any time (see below).

Requesting deletion

To request deletion of your data from this workspace, email doc@drtoddanderson.com.

Meta data deletion

Disconnecting Meta in Settings → Publishing immediately removes the stored Facebook Page and Instagram access tokens from this workspace. You can also request removal by emailing doc@drtoddanderson.com.
